Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits are deducted from the total service cost and must be paid before booking confirmation.

• Appointments without deposits will not be reserved. 


2. Payments

• The remaining balance is due on or before the appointment. 

• Accepted payment methods: card payments.


3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients may reschedule once (subject to availability) if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

• Reschedules made within less than 48 hours of the appointment will require a new deposit.

• Cancellations for any reason (including emergencies, illness, or travel) result in forfeiture of the deposit.


5. No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.

 

6. Service Policy

• Please come with a clean face and/or washed, detangled hair unless otherwise specified.

• The artist/stylist reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene or health concerns arise.

• Any dissatisfaction must be raised during the appointment — once you leave, the service is considered accepted and complete.


7. Product & Hair Sales

• All hair sales (bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and custom units) are final.

• Due to hygiene standards, no exchanges or refunds are allowed on hair products once purchased, installed, or handled.

• Please ensure you confirm texture, length, and color before purchase.


8. Media Consent

• By booking, you consent to photos and/or videos being taken during or after your service for marketing purposes.

• You may opt out by informing the artist before your appointment.


9. Liability

• The artist/stylist is not responsible for allergic reactions to products or materials used.

• Please disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service.

No Refund Policy

All payments made — including deposits, service fees, and product purchases — are non-refundable.


This policy exists to:

• Cover pre-loss costs such as product preparation and reserved time slots.

• Compensate for potential loss of income from clients declined or cancelled due to your booking.

• Maintain fairness and consistency for all clients.


Refunds will only be considered if the artist/stylist cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule.
